A thoughtfully designed home on one of Fort Greene's most special blocks.

There's a quiet magic to this stretch of South Elliott Place - moments from Fort Greene Park and some of the neighborhood's most loved spots - and that same feeling carries into the design of 80 South Elliott Place. Every element has been carefully considered, from the materials, to the flow, and to the details that reveal themselves over time.

Reimagined by designer and architect Brent Bruck, this full-floor residence combines natural materials with a calm, intentional aesthetic and a seamless connection to the outdoors.

Floor-to-ceiling windows open to a generous private terrace off the living room, offering a peaceful retreat under a cherry blossom tree. Wide-plank Madera white oak floors and custom millwork bring warmth to the open kitchen and living area, while black stone counters and a full Fisher & Paykel appliance package add refinement.

Subtle architectural details like gallery walls, curved corners, and shadow gaps bring a quiet sophistication to the space.

The bathroom pairs white marble with black stone for contrast and balance, complete with a custom vanity and recessed shower storage.
