With a spacious eat-in kitchen and large living area, this studio is split into two levels which helps define each separate space. The apartment has a generous amount of closets throughout and the kitchen is open to the living room below with a breakfast bar for eating meals. The living area has high ceilings and large windows facing East with light pouring in all day. There is also a balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee every day overlooking the treetops on Thompson Street. Washington Square Park and all the charming restaurants and cafes are all nearby. The location could not be better!
211 Thompson Street considers co-purchasing, gifting, guarantors for working children, and pied-à-terre purchases on case-by-case basis.
